We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding London team in a senior individual contributor role. Within 6 months and subject to performance and ambition, you will have the option to move into a leadership position.
Concirrus grew tenfold last year and we expect significant scale and international expansion through 2020. In this role you will be responsible for selling transformational solutions to our developing Enterprise Segment. Unlike our core hull deals, these deals are typically multi-line and incorporate our data, modelling and digital technology assets into transformational solutions for clients.
Instead of selling software to support underwriting decision making, you will be working with industry leaders to understand their digital strategies, develop digital operating models and transform the way specialty risk is measured, managed and distributed. You will be working with Marsh to develop propositions for their corporate clients or working with Willis Re to develop joint propositions to drive adoption in the reinsurance markets. You will be working with the world’s largest insurers to build global digital underwriting solutions that drive £m’s in benefit from CoR improvement and spearheading the application of our technologies to trends such as algorithmic pricing, automated submissions triaging, and real-time aggregation management.
You will be a practiced enterprise sales professional, developing and managing large transformational deals with world leading companies. You will have the capacity to understand our data and modelling solution assets, and the drive and curiosity to direct our internal teams towards the client’s objectives. You will be comfortable selling 7-figure deals and competent in building and executing account and sales strategies.
As a senior member of the team, you will provide experience, coaching and thought leadership internally to team members, and work directly with the VP of Sales and CEO on building our commercial strategy.
