The Role


We are currently seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to develop and deliver our partner strategy. This is a brand new role, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, and will play an instrumental part in our continued growth.


You will have a track record sourcing, developing, and nurturing strategic partner relationships, ideally with large technology providers and professional services organisations. You will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and sometimes ambiguous environment, and enjoy the challenge of developing exciting new commercial opportunities.


Major Responsibilities


  • Develop a comprehensive partner strategy.
  • Sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
  • Drive ARR through the partner channel (including partner assisted sales with our direct sales team).


Key Attributes


Essential:

  • A commercial/partnership background, ideally gained in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience with a global provider of services as a strategic partnership leader.
  • Experience building up a partner sales channel from early stage.
  • Detailed understanding of insurance technology, risk analytics, digital transformation, and modern technologies like Cloud, Big Data, AI and ML.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, demonstrated through a track record of forming and managing key strategic alliances.
  • Process driven, but with the creativity to develop innovative, collaborative solutions.
  • Grit and determination to achieve the seemingly unachievable.
  • Well-developed all-round communication skills.
